Source HR & RecruitmentA victim of COVID restructuring and redundancy, I “accidentally” fell into the recruitment industry. But, thanks to a strong background in various client and customer-focused roles, the transition has been both easy and enjoyable.
Initially employed as a Resourcer, I soon moved into a Consultant role and now run a busy hybrid desk, recruiting both temporary and permanent staff for clients within the manufacturing, technical, and scientific sectors.
Working in the recruitment industry – as I’ve discovered – has its share of challenges, but when candidates are placed in roles they want, and clients get workers that they’re happy with, it’s all worth it!
