Having spent over 16 years in Recruitment it’s clearly an industry I love. I have recruited in a variety of sectors including Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, HR, Sales and Marketing and Administration. I have a strong commercial background in business which enables me to look at business requirements from many different angles and provide robust and strategic recruitment solutions in the permanent and contract area.

In July 2018 I moved from Triangle Recruitment to Source HR & Recruitment after this had been purchased by the Alpha Group. This bought on new challenges, new clients and a different industry but still enjoying the fast pace of running a temp desk.
During my career in recruitment I have spent time working on temporary, permanent and hybrid desks in a variety of business lines. As Senior Recruitment Consultant at Source HR & Recruitment my role has developed into Business Development, Account Management & Recruitment in the industrial market.
Building relationships, providing a great service and supporting both client and candidates in their recruitment needs is my passion and is hugely rewarding.

I have been a Recruitment Consultant for 19 years having only worked for two Recruitment Agencies. Throughout this time many things have changed in the Recruitment Industry however our business will always be about people which will never change. I have always believed in treating others how I liked to be treated and this is also the backdrop of how I operate in my role as a Senior Recruiter.
I really enjoy meeting with clients and pride myself on finding the right fit for both the candidate and client.

Working with people is a true passion of mine, having worked in customer service for many years. In my role as a Recruitment Coordinator, I work closely with our team of consultants ensuring they have all the support needed to place the right candidates. I build strong relationships with our candidates and clients alike to achieve the best outcomes.

Originally from Ireland, I arrived in New Zealand and joined Alpha’s Triangle division in February 2017 as a Team Administrator and then moved into the Recruitment Coordinator role. As of November 2018, I am now the Accounts/Payroll Administrator for Source HR.
Having completed my degree in Business Management and Administration back home in Ireland, I always knew that I wanted to take these skills to the next step and get into a career that involved helping people.
As a key member of Source HR team, I am responsible for payrolling, accounts payable and receivables and providing support for our team of recruitment consultants, ensuring we have everything we need to keep up with placing the most suitable candidates for our clients.
Providing a professional service and building relationships with all our stakeholders is what I strive to do every day.
